Application Guidelines

Qualifications : Must be a person of foreign nationality living or working in Nagano City (all ages, nationalities welcome) . Must be able to participate on the day of the speech contest.

Theme : Please choose one of the following ; “My Vision of Nagano City's Future ”,“Surpreise in My Nagano City Life”(about your encounters with cultural differences )
